Barbara Nitkin
Barbara Nitkin began her career as one of the youngest Vice Presidents in the Corporate Bank of Security Pacific. She then moved to a Senior Vice President and Regional Vice President at US Bank. Her International Banking experience was acquired at Irving Trust Company. She has devoted over twenty years of her career to structuring senior financings for major commercial and corporate clients, managing billions in debt over her career. These have involved working capital lines of credit, structured finance, leveraged buyouts, mezzanine financings, revolver/term loans, mezzanine facilities, SBA and USDA guaranteed facilities for early stage to Fortune 100 companies. .
During the last ten years, she has demonstrated experience as a CEO/CFO, raised venture capital, acquired experience in the environmental field, inclusive of management of regulatory issues, dealt with infrastructure issues, marketing, treasury management, and growth issues of many companies.
She has served with the Los Angeles County Business & Technology Center Advisory Board, as well as the Inland Empire's Board. She is active in numerous civic and philanthropic activities. She is married with grown children.
