Marcia Allen is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Allen & Associates (AA), a global strategic advisory and investment firm. She brings more than thirty years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. Known for her ability to design balanced financial structures and execute complex transactions, Ms. Allen has advised corporations, investors, and governments on value creation, restructuring, and strategic growth.

Through Allen & Associates and prior ventures including Elite Capital, Allen/Brenner, and The Movie Group (the predecessor to Lionsgate Entertainment), she has completed numerous transactions across industries and markets. In 2017, she led the consortium that structured and launched Türkiye Varlık Fonu, Turkey’s sovereign wealth fund, transferring over $220 billion in state assets to establish a new foundation for national debt and investment strategy.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Allen served as Chief Financial Officer of Taco Bell, where she facilitated its acquisition by PepsiCo, and later held senior leadership roles at W.R. Grace & Co. Her advisory clients range from the governments of Turkey and Zambia to leading U.S. corporations such as Marriott and McDonald’s.

Ms. Allen studied finance and accounting at the University of Tennessee. She has been a featured speaker for Forbes, Inc. Magazine, and the Los Angeles Venture Association, and currently serves as Senior Advisor to DARPA and as a Board Member of Ark Restaurants (ARKR), INmuneBio (INMB), and several private companies.
